Add prompts
Open Prompts. You can add questions in three ways:- Manually: write a question yourself.
- In bulk: upload a list of questions.
- Generate with AI: give Gauge a subject, keywords, or URLs and review its suggestions.
Read an answer
Open a prompt and choose an answer. You can see the full response, which brands it mentions, and the sources it cites. Compare several answers and days—AI can answer the same question differently each time. See Prompt Runs for how collection works.Organize your questions
Topics group related prompts, such as questions about pricing or integrations. Use them to compare a set of questions together. See Topics for the controls. Mark questions that name a brand as Branded. They help you check how AI describes that brand. Non-branded questions show whether AI recommends it without being asked directly. See Branded Prompts.Understand the columns
Visibility shows how often your brand appears in the collected answers. Volume comes from search keywords linked to the prompt; it does not count people asking that exact question in ChatGPT. See Understanding your metrics for examples.Move or remove prompts
Open a topic, select prompts, and use the bulk actions to move, tag, change their type, or delete them. Use Move to reorganize questions you still want to track. Deleting prompts changes your tracked set and can affect reports. Deleting a topic also deletes its prompts and associated data; review the confirmation carefully.Explore citations
