Data Exports
Gauge is built to surface AI visibility insights in-app, but sometimes you need the underlying numbers in your own tools — a spreadsheet, a BI dashboard, or a report for a client or stakeholder. Data Exports let you pull the data behind a table straight out of Gauge as a CSV, with your current filters already applied. What You Can Export
Exports are available on most of the data tables throughout Gauge. Each export mirrors the table you’re looking at and includes the same rows and metrics you see on screen. You can export from:- Visibility & prompts — prompt-level visibility, competitor visibility, and keyword volume from the Prompts view, plus topic-level rollups from Topics.
- Citations — cited URLs and domains with citation rates, brand mentions, and competitor coverage from Prompts & Citations.
- Reddit — cited Reddit URLs and subreddits driving AI citations in your space.
- YouTube — cited YouTube videos and channels.
- Library — your Library pages with impressions, clicks, AI traffic, citation rate, and health score.
- Rankings — brand visibility and rank over time.
- ChatGPT Ads — ad appearances and brand-level ad activity from ChatGPT Ads.
How to Export
- Open the view you want to export and set your filters (time range, model, category, and any others).
