Library and sitemap sync
For coverage checks, “topics” means article ideas, not the saved Topics used to organize tracked prompts.
After publishing outside Gauge, ask your client to sync Library from your sitemap. The sync uses your organization’s website by default, or accepts a sitemap or site URL. It runs in the background, adds new pages, and matches drafts to live URLs while skipping archived folders. It does not edit your website’s sitemap. Publishing through Gauge already adds the live page to Library. See Sitemap Import.
Content creation and publishing
Review the brief and outline before generating an article. Generation runs in the background; your client can check status and read the completed content from Library.
CMS field discovery and publishing require a connected Webflow, Framer, or Sanity account. Specify the destination and ask explicitly for live publication when intended. Sanity publishes into Content Lake; your site’s deployment setup determines when it becomes visible. See CMS Integrations.
Images
After uploading a local file, use
get_image_url with its image ID to finalize it. Uploading and resolving images can make them publicly accessible.
