# AI Traffic

> See which of your pages AI agents are actually visiting, using your own server logs from Cloudflare or Vercel.

## AI Traffic

Your Rankings and Prompts data tells you where you show up inside AI answers. AI Traffic tells you what happens next: which of your pages AI agents are actually fetching from your site. It connects the visibility Gauge measures from prompts to real requests hitting your servers.

Gauge reads your server logs through Cloudflare or Vercel and analyzes which pages LLMs are accessing. That gives you log-level evidence of how often models and coding agents are pulling your content, and exactly which URLs they're after.

## Connecting Your Logs

You connect AI Traffic from Settings, using one of two sources:

* **Cloudflare:** Gauge deploys a Worker for you to start streaming logs. Enterprise setups can use Logpush instead.
* **Vercel:** Stream your logs straight from Vercel.

Once logs are flowing, Gauge classifies the traffic and the AI Traffic page fills in automatically.

## What's on This Page

### AI Bot Traffic

Gauge identifies requests from every major AI bot, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok. You can see this traffic sliced by host and by path, so you know which sections of your site AI models are pulling from most.

### Coding Agent Traffic

Gauge also classifies coding agents separately, including Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and Codex, among others. This is useful if your audience includes developers and you want to know how often agents are reaching your docs or product pages.

### Trends Over Time

Traffic is broken out by day, week, or month, so you can watch how AI access to your site changes as your visibility and content do.

## Asking Gauge About Your Traffic

Ask Gauge can query your AI Traffic data directly. You can ask questions like "How often is Claude Code fetching our docs?" and get an answer backed by your actual log evidence, rather than an estimate.

<Note>
AI Traffic is also surfaced inside Library, where each page shows its bot traffic from server logs alongside Google Search clicks, AI traffic, and your Gauge citation rate.
