# Troubleshooting data

> What to check when answers or metrics are missing.

First, check your date range and filters. Two reports can show different results simply because they include different prompts or engines.

## Answers and visibility

| Problem                                           | What to do                                                                                                                       |
| ------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| A new prompt has no answers                       | Open the prompt and check whether it is still processing. If it stays empty, send support the prompt link and when you added it. |
| One engine is missing                             | Check that it is enabled. For [BYOK](/help/byok), check the provider connection for errors.                                      |
| Today's results are incomplete                    | Wait for collection to finish, or compare an earlier completed day.                                                              |
| A topic shows a dash                              | Check whether it contains non-branded prompts with answers. An entirely branded topic has no visibility percentage.              |
| Your brand appears but your site has no citations | Open the sources. AI can mention your brand without citing your website.                                                         |
| Numbers changed after editing prompts             | Compare the same prompts and engines across dates. Adding, deleting, or reclassifying prompts can change the result.             |

## Integrations and Library

| Google is connected but metrics are blank | Select and save the right properties, then check their sync status. | Library has citations but no traffic      | Connect GA4 for human visits or server logs for bot visits.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              |
| No bot traffic                            | For Vercel, check that the drain’s Authorization header starts with `Bearer ` and Production is enabled. For a Cloudflare Worker, check that DNS records are proxied and the route matches your site traffic. If you regenerated the secret, update it in the connected drain or Worker. | A CMS import is incomplete                | Check the selected content and field mapping. Resolve any error before repeating the import. See [CMS integrations](/help/cms-integrations).                                                                                                                                                                                                                             |
